Hyatt Regency DFW International Airport ★★★★
"Generally speaking, force majeure events caused by extreme weather can be canceled free of charge. Due to heavy rain, our flight was forced to land in another city. At first, we were asked to provide all the evidence, but after countless negotiations with the airline and finally obtaining the required documents, we were told that neither a refund nor a rescheduling would be possible."

"Very close to the airport! The service is also good!"
Gaylord Texan Resort & Convention Center ★★★★
"No cost-effectiveness"
Residence Inn DFW Airport North/Grapevine ★★★
"The customer service from the staff is excellent. The outlet at the back is very good value for Japanese people, especially for outdoor brands, so be sure to check it out."
Hilton DFW Lakes Executive Conference Center ★★★★
"I was charged a $50 late check out fee with no mention of the charge when I checked out. They also wanted to charge me $3 for a bottle of water that they were giving out complimentary at the front desk"
Embassy Suites by Hilton Grapevine DFW Airport North ★★★
"Due to my airline being unable to get me to Gravevine,TX, I am unable to rate this hotel. I am pleased that they are able to provide me with a full refund since I was unable to get there. Thank you for your superb customer service !"
Grand Hyatt DFW ★★★★★
"Excellent location if arriving at DFW Terminal D; the inter-terminal shuttle can take up to 30 minutes. Comfortable, well-sized room. Free morning coffee available in the hotel lounge is a nice touch. However, the shower was disappointing – non-adjustable head with limescale buildup and poor water pressure made for an unsatisfactory experience."
Hilton Garden Inn DFW North Grapevine ★★★
"All very good EXCEPT CHECK IN Black girl with a mask No help, on her personal cell phone, training a new hire Caucasian male had an attitude, sad very sad, Fortunately the new shift girl blond Caucasian was friendly and assisted with our check in. I rented 2 rooms!!"
