GGuest UserThe checking in and checking out process was smooth! We loved everything from the room to the waterpark. The housekeeping staff was on top of everything and made sure our room was spotless each day. Room service arrived early every time less than 20 minutes. The resort was spotless and valet is quick and easy.

GGuest UserThis hotel was a refreshing visit. The staff was friendly and helpful, everyone had a smile on their face. The room Is clean and the bed is super comfortable. The bathroom has an adjustable showerhead with nice power and hot water. This was quite the surprise to stay here.

Almost in the middle of the room. We were so hot at night, that we actually were sweating and it was hard to sleep.it was so hot. We sweat to high heaven at night in the bedroom!
If there is a next time, I will ask before going up, does the room have a regular air conditioner??? I never thought I had to do that. We even checked in after3.
