Fairfield Inn & Suites Dallas DFW Airport North/Coppell Grapevine

Second time staying here and will choose this property when I am back in the area. It is clean. The staff are nice and helpful. I feel safe here. Location is convenient. Plus free breakfast

Hotel and room was very nice. Could not hear the highway at night. Wish there were more pillows since we had two to a bed and threw pillows a bed. Pillows were fairly flat but the bed was otherwise comfortable. Easy to get to airport.

I don’t like that I was not issued a refund for a room I did not stay in. Booked a room for the wrong date and tried to get a refund well over 2 weeks in advance but I did not.

This is one of the best stays in a long time. Super nice staff and very clean room.

The staff was pleasant, helpful and friendly. There were clothes in a drawer left in the room from the previous occupants.

Fantastic location for travel to dfw airport. Quiet, clean facility. Staff were professional and the check in process was easy.

It has a great feel

I loved this property, the staff was accommodating and inviting. Housekeeping provided me with extra sheets and asked if I needed them to put them on the bed. The front staff allowed me to check in early because my room was ready when I arrived. That was so helpful because due to work, I was living out of a van and was exhausted. The room was clean and had a minimalist design, in which I loved..I hate excessive furnishings in hotel rooms. The breakfast was a typical continental breakfast but the eggs were delicious. The roll up blinds had a beautiful design on them which helped with privacy while filtering light. The curtains blocked all outsidelight and sun.. Surprisingly I did not hear the airplanes or traffic, as it is not far from the airport and is right off of the expressway. There are tons of fast food and fine dining choices in the area. Also there are stores galore. My only complaint is that when I turned on my faucet, I could hear some knocking from pipes. This is not a deterrent because I would stay here again. In fact, I liked it so much I joined Bonvoy- Marriott Club because plan on booking again if in the area, so might as well receive points 😊. Lastly, this is a newer hotel and when you open the room door the air is very telling of such.
