Everything was great. Clean Rooms and very clean inside and out. The Staff is friendly . The breakfast is amazing!!!

Had an amazing visit…the king suite with balcony was perfect! So very spacious with the full bathroom off the bedroom and half bath in the living area. Quick check-in process with the friendly staff and the evening reception was really good as well. Breakfast was delicious…the made-to-order eggs (omelets) were the best! Definitely looking forward to visiting again when we’re in the Dallas area!

What a wonderful time! The room was perfect for (5) 10-11 year old girls, pool was the selling point! The staff was amazing, so friendly and welcoming!!! Can’t wait to do it again!

We stayed at this property for 3 nights while I attended a meeting nearby. Our room was ready when we checked in and the desk staff were very nice. The location is convenient to the airport and nearby attractions/restaurants. It's about 30 minutes to downtown Dallas. The property is one of the nicer Embassy Suites that we've stayed in during the past few years. It's modern and the rooms are clean and comfortable. Breakfast service was very good. The fitness center was adequate but some of the TVs on the equipment didn't work. The only problem we encountered was with housekeeping. Daily service was supposed to be provided. On our first morning, we left shortly after 10 am and a housekeeper watched us leave. We were gone all day. When we returned, our room had not been serviced. I complained to the front desk but it was too late to correct it.....they provided some fresh towels and assured me that the room would be serviced the next day. As my wife was leaving the second day, she asked a housekeeper to verify that our room would be cleaned. She was told that we weren't on the list. She requested service that was subsequently provided. This should be an easy issue to fix with some closer supervision. Despite the housekeeping issue, we would certainly return.
