The hotel is very nice in the center of the pedestrian area in Graz, within a short walking distance to everything. Parking is a bit complicated due to the traffic restrictions of the area but thankfully available.
We stayed in a suite as there were three of us and it had the charm of past opulence with even a piano in the sitting room. The bathroom was clean and fairly spacious Staff was friendly and helpful making reservations and such. Breakfast was nice.

Best location in the city ... right on the main square in the pedestrian shopping area. Lovely room with large bathroom and a view of the landmark clock tower. Fairly priced.

La struttura si trova in centro a Graz, da dove si può iniziare a visitare a piedi la città in lungo e largo. La città merita di essere visitata. Tutte le più importanti attrattive sono nelle vicinanze dell' hotel e anche molti locali tipici dove mangiare bene. Se si vuole invece allontanarsi dal centro, c'è una organizzatissima linea di tram e bus. Se dovete fermarvi per più giorni, i parcheggi in centro costano una follia e anche quelli degli hotel. Noi abbiamo parcheggiato in un P+R gratuito a 4 km dal centro con la fermata del bus a pochi metri che ci ha portato in centro. Ne passano ogni 10 minuti. Il Palais hotel Erzherzog Johann può sembrare antico e vecchio, ma ha una buona organizzazione, camere grandi e accoglienti, buona pulizia e ottima la colazione. A noi è piaciuto tutto, anche la fredda, ma precisa, accoglienza del personale.
