Sehr freundliches Personal, Zimmer zweckmäßig und üblicher guter JUFA Standard. Leider ein Zimmer seitlich zur Straße und dadurch etwas laut. Auch ein heller Scheinwerfer leuchtet ins Zimmer. Sonst alles bestens, sauber, bequemes Bett und sehr schönes Bad.

There are the martkets near by, 5 food options, and shops within 7 mins of hotel. Super quite so you can sleep easy at night

Top Service, das Zimmer war gut ausgestattet und sauber, große Betten. Das Frühstück lies auch keine Fragen offen. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr hilfreich. Es gab leider kein Restaurant im Hotel aber in der Nähe (300Meter) gab es eine Italienische Küche mit köstlicher Pizza 👌

Its clean and safe hotel. AC is really good, it has drying mode which is nice. We had a bit noisy room just over the entrance, so keeping windows open was not so great. Our double bed had 5cm hole in the middle, I found myself from there at night. Reservation said theres free bottled water, but bottles had 1.90€ pricetag. We didnt touch them, as they were warm too.

Bell'albergo in buona posizione rispetto al centro città. Camera grande e pulita, buona e ampia scelta del buffet della colazione. Non ha aria condizionata e con le finestre aperte, in questa calda estate, il rumore delle bottiglie di vetro buttate via la mattina presto disturba. Parcheggio a pagamento.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel per due notti . Camera pulita e comoda e il personale e gentile e parla anche un po' italiano 😃. La posizione dell' hotel è davvero ottima ,in pochi minuti si arriva in centro prendendo il tram che e a due minuti a piedi dal hotel. Davvero comodissimo ! Consiglio davvero !

+ friendly staff, breakfast with rich selection, free parking - really small bed in the apartment, poorly equipped kitchen, cleaning should be done more precisely - I think the hotel is a bit overprised

Damen an der Rezeption sehr nett, alke Fragen wurden gut beantwortet und erklärt Hotel schon etwas älter aber sauber Unser Grund für die Übernachtung in Graz war ein Konzert. Die Stadthalle ist zu Fuß ca. 1/2 Stunde entfernt. Die Straßenbahn-Haltestelle liegt fast genau vis a vis vom Hotel. Frühstück war reichlich Kaffee war in einer Thermoskanne zum Runterlassen. Hier könnte vielleicht angedacht werden, einen Kaffeeautomaten für verschiedene Auswahl des Kaffees anzuschaffen

Das Hotel an sich war ok. Sehr harte Betten. Ansonsten alles vorhanden was man so braucht. Sehr gute Dusche, Klimaanlage und WLAN funktionierten einwandfrei. ABER: das Hotel liegt am Sportforum. Hier wurde Am. Football gespielt und die Trommeln der Fans machten bis 22h einen ohrenbetäubenden Lärm. Die feiernden Fans machten Lärme bis 1 Uhr. An Schlafen war nicht zu denken. Es gab deshalb auch keine Parkplätze, alle waren von Fans belegt, auch im Umfeld. Leider deshalb keine Empfehlung
