Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, sono stato con la famiglia e ho trovato un ambiente confortevole, silenzioso e pulito. Il personale della reception è stato molto gentile e disponibile, ci hanno dato indicazioni sui mezzi pubblici e accolto delle richieste extra. La colazione poi è super, c'è veramente di tutto!

Es war eine perfekte Unterkunft für unsere Familie, alles sauber super Frühstück, nettes Personal, sehr gemütlich und modern eingerichtet. Absolut zu empfehlen für Familien, netter Garten und der Parkplatz vorm Haus auch spitze. Preis auch leistbar.

Einen wunderschönen Ostersonntag verbrachten wir im JUFA Hotel Graz. Schönes Zimmer, sehr sauber. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und kompetent, ein großes Lob auch an Frau Anna, die sich professionell um alle Bedürfnisse gekümmert hat.

Im Allgemeinen sind wir zufrieden, alle waren sehr nett und freundlich, hatten Verständnis dass wir Check in etwas später gemacht haben, das Essen ist sehr lecker, Service ist super. Was nicht so gut war, sind die Betten und Kissen, Möbel ist etwas veraltet, die Kissen sind zu fluffig und man kann nicht gut schlafen. Aber wir kommen gerne wieder zurück, die Preis Leistung ist super.

Wir waren angenehm überrascht von der Athmosphäre in diesem Haus ! Saubere Zimmer, ruhig wegen Fenster zum Park, Frühstück zum Genießen, sehr freundliches Personal ! Schade, dass der Gärtner gestern die Gänseblümchenwiese abgemäht hat !

War zum 2.Mal im Jufa Graz City und war wieder begeistert. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und sehr ruhig! Einzig eine Steckdose beim Bett fehlte mir. Das Frühstück war ausgiebig, es gab vegane Alternativen, das war mir sehr wichtig. Das fertige Bircher-Müsli war mein Favorit!

Overprice. No warm water for shower in the evening as it was freezing in Graz that was not good.
The location is not in the best neighborhood, tuck in the middle of estate and that close to the center.

Das Hotel ist sehr schön, sehr sauber und bietet vorallem für Kinder auch nette Beschäftigungsmöglichkeiten (Spielbereich mit Kletterwand, etc..). Leider sind die Zimmer schon etwas abgewohnt und vor allem die Betten extrem durchgelegen und viel zu weich.
