Hotel location is not good
The location is relatively remote and difficult to find
There are less lights on the road
And the facilities are not very good or big.
But the front desk has a friendly attitude and the public areas of the hotel are large.

It was a perfect place to stay for our family, everything was clean, great breakfast, friendly staff, very comfortable and modern furnishings. Absolutely recommended for families, nice garden and the parking in front of the house was also great. The price was affordable too.

We spent a wonderful Easter Sunday at the JUFA Hotel Graz. Beautiful room, very clean. The staff is very friendly and competent, and a big compliment also goes to Ms. Anna, who professionally took care of all our needs.

In general we are satisfied, everyone was very nice and friendly, they understood that we had to check in a little later, the food is delicious, service is great. What wasn't so good are the beds and pillows, the furniture is a bit outdated, the pillows are too fluffy and you can't sleep well. But we would be happy to come back, the price/performance ratio is great.

We were pleasantly surprised by the atmosphere in this house! Clean rooms, quiet because of the windows overlooking the park, breakfast to enjoy, very friendly staff! It's a shame that the gardener mowed the daisy meadow yesterday!

Was at the Jufa Graz City for the second time and was impressed again. The room was very clean and very quiet! The only thing I missed was a power socket by the bed. The breakfast was extensive and there were vegan alternatives, which was very important to me. The ready-made Bircher muesli was my favorite!

Overprice. No warm water for shower in the evening as it was freezing in Graz that was not good.
The location is not in the best neighborhood, tuck in the middle of estate and that close to the center.

The hotel is very nice, very clean and offers a lot of fun activities, especially for children (play area with climbing wall, etc.). Unfortunately, the rooms are a bit worn and the beds in particular are extremely saggy and far too soft.

The single room is very small, but the bathroom is even smaller, the sink is installed in such a way that you have to squeeze past it to get into the shower and the toilet is not accessible without a barrier. The table in the room is also installed in such a way that there is maybe 30 cm between the table and the bed to walk past. For this type of room and area, the price of €70.00 per night is definitely too much. I was really pleasantly surprised by the breakfast, I don't know what else I was missing, from various egg dishes to bread/pastries, vegetables, everything was there, it was perfect.
