Best Great Falls Spa Hotels

Overall, I was expecting a mediocre experience since it was a Super 8. Most of the time, I only care about clean and quiet when I check into a motel. This one was not clean and only somewhat quiet. The floor had not been vacuumed and one bed had stains on the pillow cover and bedsheets while the other did not have bedsheets at all (but some stains on the mattress cover). Bathroom was rather dingy with the shower being the worst. Water pressure and heat was good, but shower head was pulled out of the wall (even though functional). There was no toilet paper or tissue in the room and we had to send up for some. A lot of street noise and a dog barking in one of the other rooms at several times during the night was annoying. Breakfast was ok. Nothing fancy but clean and ok. Staff was pleasant and quick to help (bright side to the stay). I believe the shortage of cleaning staff was to blame for my poor experience so I am hopeful they can rectify conditions for the future guests.

Great friendly service, clean well-kept facility. Room was very nice. The pool was great for the teens! Close to everything in Great Falls. Showdown ski resort was an hour away. Also took a day trip to Glacier National park. Great place to stay while visiting my son at Malmstrom AFB.

My Husband and I really enjoyed are stay. The Rooms are very clean and the front desk are so friendly. Bailey at the front is so awesome. She went above and beyond to help us fix are reservation and also brought us a fridge cause the we had in the room went out. 💯 ... Also MJ is very friendly and very helpful. Always smiling.

Great overall experience for the price. Location is just off the main drag, close to stores and restaurants. Staff were very friendly, clean room, good continental breakfast. Easy check in and out. 8.5/10

Hotel itself was nice. Still under construction but clean. Front desk staff were all super friendly and nice. The older lady working in the restaurant for breakfast was extremely rude. Tried taking my kids there for breakfast and we ended up walking out. She rolled her eyes and heavy sighed at us for wanting to order to go, so then I said we would sit and order if that was easier for her? She acted like there was no where for us to sit amd saod shes about to get really busy. Only 3 other tables were sat at the time of our arrival. After seating us she sat about 4 other tables 5 minutes later. She got their drink orders and seemed super friendly to everyone else but never came back to help us. So we got up and left.
