Hilton's reservation system is terrible. I made my reservations 1 month in advance. I* never received a confirmation, and I am a Hilton member and they have my information on file and I called back to ask for an email confirmation. I never received it. Then I called the day before arrival to confirm my reservation. They could not find my reservation. Called again. Got disconnected 2x, then they have a weird delay on the phone call / conversation. I was on the phone over an hour. An HOUR to simply get a confirmation and ask that I have a reservation confirmation emailed to me. And it took several tries for them to email me that I have rooms reserved. (thankfully i took good notes and wrote down my confirmation number number when I booked my reservation originally. What an ordeal. I have booked two rooms, and my email still says I only have 1 room. Verbally they tell me that I have 2 rooms booked. We will see. I have my fingers crossed. With today's technology, why is this so challenging and so cumbersome to do??? And I am not confident that they have it correct. And after this painful interaction, the reservationist sends to another agent to get me to advance book another reservation at resort. Hummmm... no thanks.
