"The food was absolutely amazing!! There are more places that ask for breakfast tips, so I forgot to leave a tip. Watching the staff move so busily that I felt so bad about not leaving a tip, I almost wanted to go back to my room. Of course, the room was clean. We stayed for a night on our way to Atlanta, and the bed was really comfortable and nice. After booking, I was worried after reading reviews about cockroaches, but they didn't appear in our room. We really enjoyed it. One thing: the refrigerator makes a noise, but it doesn't cool down..."

"The snacks were too limited. The TV did not work much of the time. For a Deluxe King room, it was smaller than expected. One lamp did not work until if I discovered that it was unplugged. The bed covers were too light, too thin, and I had to use my own blanket, which I then forgot about and left in the room at checkout. The breakfast time ended too early at just 9:00 am. The keys to the lock did not work and had to be reconfigured. Over all it was ok for the money, but I will look for other hotels next time. The hotel seems like it needs better care inside and outside."

"I rented a room for my daughter and her bridal party to get dressed for a “pub crawl” in downtown Greenville for her bachelorette party. There was ample room in the bathroom for several younger women to get dressed, the beds and pillows were extremely comfortable, the location was perfect, and the “girls” had a fantastic time!"

"The staff was friendly they even let us check in an hour early. The room was fairly clean, but the bathroom was not so the tub was very dingy, had a patchy spot in the tub, and the door knob looked like they hurried up and replaced them before we got there cause one knob was silver and the other was gold. I was very shocked at my experience with holiday inn Express because I always book with them wherever I travel and this is the first one I ever was disappointed with."

"Trip was to attend a concert at Bon Secours Wellness Center. Hotel was walking distance to great food and the venue. The room was perfect,clean, and comfortable. The bed provided the best sleep I have had in a long time. Wish I knew what brand the mattress was so I could buy one myself."

"I was astonished when I first saw the price for a two-bed room at this hotel. It is a genuine Hilton brand property. Although the room rate did not include a breakfast buffet, the two complimentary bottles of water were a nice gesture. While exploring the hotel, I also discovered a free gym on the basement floor. The website mentioned that parking was not free, but in the end, I wasn’t charged any parking fees. The view from the room was excellent. From the window, I could see far into the distance, with colorful clouds adding to the scenery."

"The accommodations were wonderful but we were disappointed that there is not a free breakfast buffet anymore and the breakfast options you can pay for are all prepackaged and warmed in a microwave. We did not eat breakfast at the hotel after speaking to the breakfast associate. She was so kind and honest and we appreciated that."
