I love this hotel and city. This location is spectacular, the nicest Residence Inn we have ever stayed at. From the welcoming valet staff who recognize us when we visit to the front desk that know us by name in the hallways, staff is exceptional! Merideth makes excellent drinks and she is the nicest person, welcomes me with a hug each visit. She remembers details about us and gives us updates on her, we love it. I have heard her interacting with other patrons the same way, she is an asset to your company. The rooms are great, the hotel is beautiful and we can easily fit our electric bikes in our room. My only note is really to the manager and talking to staff about pretending like they have ownership in the company. There was a sock on the ground at the entrance that stayed there for a few days. The valet and staff coming in had to see it but nobody picked it up.

Wonderful location and beautiful hotel. Great value for the cost. Hotel staff was friendly and the room was very large and super clean. Breakfast was included and had a large selection of food for even the pickiest of eaters. We had a fantastic stay there.

The property is in a great location to restaurants and businesses downtown. It is also close to the mall which was a short drive. The hotel is beautiful. However, the room was not in the greatest shape. The shower took forever to get warm. The shower actually leaked. The water pressure was pretty weak. The color in our tv was slightly off. Some of the lights flickered and lastly, the bed was a little too hard with the pillows being way to soft. I know that sounds like a lot but honestly the hotel stay was great. The building just needs a little upkeep. Due to the location, we would definitely stay again.

Location was perfect, plenty of night life in walking distance. Lots of eateries in the area as well. Will definitely stay again.

Overall this hotel is so nice I couldn’t believe it was a Residence Inn. Five stars plus- but do not stay on the street side. Cars/motorcycles race up the street in front all night. Not the hotel’s fault at all - and there are signs in downtown Greenville warning would be racers about prosecution, but I guess it’s not really enforced. Just a caution.

Delightful weekend stay. Fabulous location! Quiet. Clean. Place smells good as soon as you enter the lobby. Generous free breakfast buffet in spacious dining area. Classy place. Parking was confusing though if you didn't want to use valet. Ended up parking in garage across street, which was a major pain with luggage.
