I would be glad to share pics of the horrendous room we were given when there were plenty of others available. Our room had one elevated window 1’x3’ that looked directly out to the building AC and a wall that had metal bird spikes on top. The hotel occupancy was low. Upon checkout we were told we should have complained. How about doing your job and not giving us this mess when there were plenty of better rooms available???

This hotel definitely exceeded my expectations. The staff was courteous as well as attentive to my needs. And the location of the hotel made my experience that much more enjoyable.

Perfect location, right on main street. Many shops and restaurants within walking distance. The hotel was filled to capacity but you'd never know it. It was quiet and clean. The staff was professional and accommodating.

Love it. My daughter wanted to come here for her 13th birthday...a mom and daughter trip. It is a beautiful hotel. Although the hallway seemed hot, and the wall panel were broken or falling off, it was still a great a stay. The entire staff were friendly. I love the easy access to the garage parking if needed

title says most of it. The internet was slower than needed to stream netflix. The tv encouraged seeing the city.
