This review is for the front desk girl , Karoleen. She is such a gem , and always available when I come to front desk, knows me personally , and always has a smile on her face . However. I do wish the hotel was a little bit updated, such as the beds, and another positive note is, I have not seen any bugs.

The staff was very friendly, this is a great hotel to stay for long term. The rooms were very clean and nice there was nothing that I didn’t like. I really Liked the kitchen and how convenient everything was. I recommend this hotel for long term stay definitely.

Amazing Customer Service. Karoleen at the front desk has also done an amazing job taking care of all my needs. She’s very nice and respectful and friendly. Room and overall stay fit best for all my needs. Overall a great stay and would definitely recommend it!!!

My children and I have been staying here for about six months now and we love it. The staff is so friendly. It’s almost like they’ve become family. The rooms are clean, it’s quiet, and I love the access to shopping stores and restaurants near by!

So far not impressed. My reservation was screwed up. Limited soap in the bathroom. Breakfast discontinued the day I check in. Took 10 minutes to check in. Room was opposite the housekeeping room, so noisy. Busy area, so tough to get around. Probably can't recommend.

Front desk karoleen was very nice the room was very comfortable would definitely recommend the room is very big and fits 4 with the pull out sofa I came for a couples of days and every time I needed something karoleen was there to help and make our stay easiar.
