There was a view of the river; the mattress was comfortable. However, the bed and bath linens were old and worn and well-past needing to be replaced. For 2 Queen beds, bath items such as shower caps, etc. were for 1 person. Information in the room was non-existing: no TV guide, menu for room service.

We selected this hotel based on there being an indoor pool because this is a top priority for our three small children. Unfortunately, we discovered it was ice cold once we arrived at the pool because a heating element was not working.

Room is looking worn. TV never worked. It said no signal when it was turned on. The best thing about this hotel is the location.

Newer style Embassy Suites right in the action of fun downtown Greenville SC. Smaller sized rooms than in some other Embassies. Decent breakfast but poor snacks for happy hour. Roof top bar/restaurant needs better management. Very good valet.

Last stay was perfect, we had a balcony room overlooking the reedy. My wife and I decided we wood book another balcony room to celebrate our anniversary, however we didn’t realize the balcony rooms didn’t always look over the river, and instead found ourselves in a room looking over a building roof and absolutely no view whatsoever of the downtown. Took a lot of the excitement out of our trip.

Excellent hotel. The staff were very friendly and no matter what questions we had during our stay they were always friendly. The room was very clean and the housekeeping staff ensured that our room stayed clean. This was a memorable anniversary weekend that we will forever cherish. Thank you!!
