We checked into this hotel last night and have three more nights here. We’ve stayed here in the past but the hotel is under new management and they need a lesson in hospitality! 1. We called them prior to our arrival and asked for a late check out after our fourth night by as we will be taking a flight to Europe. We were told we would have to pay for an additional night if we wanted a late check out. Ridiculous! 2. We were told they have a complimentary car service but the range is so small that it makes absolutely no sense. Hotel is located on exit 3 and we asked to be driven to exit 5 which was out of their range. Really? 3. Standard allotment for towels is a total of two towels per room. So we each get one towel and have to constantly call and ask for more!?! 4. When arriving back at the hotel I passed by the reception and asked for a bottle of water (we were given 2 when we check in) and I was told that is only for arrival so they would need to charge me $6. Penny pinching in a hotel room that costs well over $500 a night is insane. We stay in hotels constantly in New York City so know what to expect and this is not it. Don’t stay here

I had a fantastic stay at this beautiful hotel! The staff went above and beyond with their exceptional service, and the rooms were impeccably clean. The serene atmosphere made it the perfect place to unwind and relax. I truly can’t wait to return!

The hotel is incredible! From the kind and helpful staff to the elegant design I was blown away. So beautiful, clean and classy. From check in the check out I had such a good experience. I would recommend to all those traveling near by or looking for a calming getaway. I can’t wait to be back.

Came here for the weekend in a Harbor View Room and anything was absolutely amazing. The check in experience was phenomenal. Everyone at the desk was very professional and courteous. Enrique assisted me with my check in, and even walked me to the elevator wile explaining the hotel amenities. It’s hard to find this type of experience in hotels these days. Edouardo at check out was also very professional and kind. The bellman were very attentive at all times, always smiling during each interaction. The room was very clean and the views were stunning. Next time, I will definitely try the spa, since I didn’t have time this time around. Thank you Delamar for this amazing stay. We will definitely come back!

We had our wedding day at the Delamar and it was absolutely perfect! The Delamar helped to make our dream wedding come true! Our coordinator, Christina, was the best! She was attentive, knowledgeable, and such a sweetheart. Her and the staff have exceeded our expectations. They set up all our decorations and worked with all our vendors on the day, so we didn’t have to worry about anything. The staff seamlessly let us know when it was time for each part of the event, speeches, cake cutting, etc. The food was AMAZING!! This is a 5-star venue. THANK YOU CHRISTINA, AKBAR, ANGEL and all other staff for making this day so incredible!

The property is very, very, very tired and desperately in need of a renovation. Dirty rugs, stains all over, rips, dirty shower curtain, scratchy towels, wallpaper peeling, cracks in wall, poor lighting, mostly tub showers, toilet runs all the time. That said, the staff is excellent and very nice. I have been told the owners planned on updating the hotel. That never happened and they even increased the price. The problem is there is no where to stay in greenwich and options are very limited.

Spectacular hotel with amazing views . Julieta is a tremendous asset to your company. Love to spend time at the Delamar hotel especially in the Summer .. The restaurant is always on point , love the crowd, been going for many years . It’s just gets better & better .

Recently I had stayed in Greenwich Delamar and I must say the hotel and service was simply perfect. Doorman and concierge desk were especially welcoming. The lobby smelled good and the view of the harbor was fabulous! This was my first trip to Ct with my family and we will be back. Thank you for your hospitality!

I had a great experience with my pals. Our purpose for the vacation was to relax and refresh our energy from whole year’s work strees, we went back like brand new people. Best services and staff of everything Couldn’t recommend it more!
