Hotel is something apart. Rooms are very beautifully furnished and everything was very clean. Personal very friendly. Breakfast was top and is included in the price. For the price top hotel, please again.

Never again, not recommendable! Business room booked, room received. Dust, flat flat tape floor, defect window, no water in the first hours. 3 days no room cleaning, handdoe change with the note; put it on the floor, then it is also changed. Great, the other morning we were allowed to continue using the handdoees used from the floor. Breakfast buffet just enough for a diet, no covered tables, pick up coffee on the pump can, depending on a variety of rubber bread and bread. Butter from the matching clumps, alternative: Margarine packed. 2-3 Variety sauce, 2 Variety cheese. The insect took forever. The excuse for the friendly young, but absolutely over-explored staff was: the boss is shopping (Saturday night) and has forgotten to light the spirit burners. Now it was enough. We've left this silly ”box” early. Never again ”Grefrather Hof” !

The breakfast was not included in the order. I went to the hotel and asked the waiter. They said that they included breakfast, so if you want to consult anything, you should go to the store or call and ask.

Top Hotel!! Modern equipment! Very friendly and helpful ladies and gentlemen at the reception!! Absolutely recommend!! Breakfast and lounge top! All TOPP! Finally, optimal reading lamps! When you get up at night, the floor around the bed is automatically illuminated! That's great we've never seen! We're so enthusiastic and will always come back!

There really is nothing physically wrong with this property. A nice looking property that is not really old and with decent facilities. Guest rooms are a bit small but appropriate for the Mercure brand and quit well appointed and A/C that works. No, the issues are all related how this property is run. The rooms, especially the bathrooms are simply not clean, with dirty toilets and mold on the tile. The wall mounted shampoo container was empty upon arrival and never replenished. If one takes a closer look at the overall quality of housekeeping in the rooms, once comes to the conclusion that it really is quite terrible. The carpets in the public areas are dirty and in desperate need of shampooing or replacing. The property has a ” great room” that is used for meetings and get togethers. But it is also used for screaming children early in the morning, although this room is surrounded by an atrium arrangement with many guest rooms. Net, net - this property needs to either step up or find a new management company. The only positive I can come up with is that the front desk staff is friendly and helpful.

We booked the hotel in the short term. Since we arrive late, we get an access code to open the entrance door and the room. It works perfectly. The room is small but practically furnished. From the 2 single beds we make a double bed quickly. Our room goes out to the large parking (free) and is very quiet with it. The TV works. A depletion table and 2 hockers can be used as a very small box area. The bathroom is small, but still equipped with all-round washing gel in the washing basin and shower. One oven is also available. 2 towels per person. There is no breakfast because of corona requirements, but several snack machines if you feel hungry or thirst. A breakfast bag ”to go” can be pre-ordered at the reception at the opening hours. We have not seen any staff in the 2 days, therefore cannot also assess the service. The room was very clean.

Aus der Not geboren habe ich über ein Portal das Hotel gebucht. Sehr freundlicher Empfang zu später Stunde. Das Zimmer als Einzelzimmer gebucht aber groß genug, um noch etwas am Schreibtisch zu erledigen. Positive Überraschung: Einzelbett ca. 140 x 200 für die Zimmerkategorie ungewöhnlich. Alles in allem völlig ausreichend und bezahlbar.
