A five minute ride to the airport. Hotel offers one way rides to the airport but you need to book in advance if you are staying here. Rooms were spacious and clean. Bathroom was excellent. Breakfast timings accommodate very early travelers. Overall, great place to stay!

The hotel is right next to the Budir Church. It should be the only hotel around here. It feels secluded and the environment is beautiful. Food and accommodation are generally very good, but the faucet in the sink is very strange. The two faucets are independent, and the hot water is extremely hot, and the cold water is biting, so you can’t directly turn on the faucet when washing your face. , Or take it in the pool to wash or bite the scalp and wash in cold water

Overall it is great, but the hotel is a bit old, and it's not bad from the restaurant.
The hotel can pick up and drop off the airport for free, but you can only choose one time.
I took a taxi from the airport to the hotel, and the hotel delivered it to the airport for free the next morning. Breakfast starts at 5 o'clock, so you can eat it if you catch the early flight (the earliest one is 7:30 after seeing the big screen at the airport)
The heating in the room is super powerful. When the radiator is turned on to the maximum level, the radiator is hot, and the room can quickly heat up to 25 degrees or more.

It's very close to the airport. It only takes 5 minutes to walk, but it still needs a slight detour because the sidewalk is not repaired. The room can directly see the airport. I stayed in a standard double room in an airport hotel at this price because the plane arrived in the middle of the night. The room configuration is quite satisfactory, standard for a business hotel. The bed was quite wide, which is common in most countries. I thought all hotels in Iceland were like this. Later, after traveling around Iceland, I discovered that this bed was the widest single bed I have ever stayed in.
Breakfast is not bad, and there is kiwi fruit.

I've been here before a couple years ago and the hostel got a 5 star rating then. I guess I must have been lucky then with the room, this time our room was the worst. We had noise coming from every side of the room - on one side two bathrooms, people showering and using the toilets at any time in the middle of the night. Outside is a busy street and windows don't close properly. The floor in the hall is made from pebblestone, which looks nice, but also makes awful noise whenever people pull their suitcases across. Since our room was the first from the reception we heard everyone come and go. As the hostel is conveniently close to the airport, people come and go in the middle of the night as well. And at last, late at night, the most inconsiderate and noisy people moved into the room next to us. One of the reasons we picked the hostel was, because we had to leave early in the morning and their website stated they start breakfast at 3.30. At checkin we were told it starts at 5, i questioned that because it was stated otherwise on the website, so we were told we could come a little earlier and could have breakfast, since we had to leave at 5 (at the latest) for the airport. Guess what? Next morning, at 4.55 the kitchen was still locked and we had to buy an expensive breakfast at the airport.

An excellent place to stay and only 9 mins from the airport. Great to stay on arrival or night before departure. We were met by the owner, Reynir. The B&B was homely, warm and welcoming. Our bedroom was the music room, where the decoration of the room was musical instruments along the ceiling. A very quirky, different kind of property situated next to the sea. I only had to cross a road to view the Northern Lights who were displayed beautifully. We had a lovely breakfast before setting off on our trip. Transfers and drops offs to the airport are offered, but we had a hired car. There was also use of a fabulous hot tub. Would definitely recommend Ravens B&B

I recommend this guesthouse if it is your final destination before leaving Iceland. I think a lot of people do not understand that this is not a luxury home; it is truly meant to host you for a single night before an early flight. The place is clean and safe. The bathrooms are communal and the rooms are relatively small (keep in mind rooms are usually small in Iceland). One thing I did not like is that at night, it can get very loud due to the winds. However, this is absolutely not the responsibility of the host, it is just something to keep in mind. The reason I gave this location 4 stars is that it is very affordable, in my opinion it is a waste of money to stay somewhere expensive on your last night next to the airport. It is also worth repeating that the place is very clean and safe.

Very good breakfast with lots of choices but make sure you are there at least an hour before the breakfast is closed as they do not fill the plates again. Overall clean and comfortable rooms. Ours was for four people with two bunkbeds so a little tight with all the luggages , but we managed to get by.
