The hotel is good in terms of food and beverage, but the soundproofing of the rooms is not very good. The sound of luggage being dragged upstairs, the sound of cars on the street, and the voices of guests in the bar downstairs can all be heard. People who are sensitive to sound should be careful.

The interior decoration of the hotel is very thoughtful, very beautiful! The room space is very sufficient, and there are few bathtubs, as well as spa functions! The wifi network is normal, and there is a gym room. There is also a laundry service (for a fee), which I only found out afterwards. Siamo stati fortunati: ci era stata assegnata una camera tripla un po’ vecchiotta, che presentava un problema alla porta del bagno, che restava aperta. Per questo ci è stata cambiata con due camere comunicanti, in un’altra ala dell’hotel, e qui le cose sono cambiate radicalmente: camere nuove, dall’arredamento moderno, ottimi materassi con lenzuola di qualità. Great experience. Getting in at 6:30 from a hot and crowded flight with no sleep…it was a godsend to use their nap and go program. Due to the volcanic eruption we had to pivot our plans and also ended up staying overnight. Beds are comfortable and the dinner was amazing.
