Get off at the Grinderwald train station, then take bus 121 or 122, and then push the luggage up a slope. The B&B is halfway up the slope.
We were too tired, so we got off the bus and called the boss to pick us up. The shuttle fee was 10 francs for a short 2-minute round trip. I was so sad~~~
There are really beautiful views everywhere, the B&B environment and breakfast are good

Older furnishings yet so immaculate and clean. Was close to town but yet so peaceful. There were so many birds chirping and the best view in all of town. They make their own jam which was available in the breakfast spread and I loved it. I bought two to bring home. Highly recommend this hotel.

It's very convenient to take the bus to the hotel. Although it shows some age, the equipment is well maintained. You can see the sky full of stars from the balcony at night, and the breakfast is delicious.

First of all the town for Grindewald is ridiculously beautiful. The hotel is a classic Swiss Chalet and was absolutely amazing to stay at. We had a balcony room facing the mountains and it was stunning. There was free parking at the hotel and I would recommend the 10 min walk into the city so you don’t have to park at the pay parking. They have a washer and dryer (be aware the dryer is EXTREMELY slow and you will have to run it four times to dry). I would definitely stay there again!
