The hotel service is good, the environment is very good, the breakfast is good and free, and there is free parking. However, the door to the bathroom in the room is too narrow and is not suitable for wheelchair users.

We are staying in Grindelwald for a couple of days and we spent one night in this hotel.
The location is a bit far away from the train station and it’s exhausting to carry heavy luggage over the slopes between station and hotel.
The price is reasonable and the balcony view of Eiger is stunning. The hotel looks quite old where no ventilation system can be found in washroom. Wi-Fi signal is poor and we were unable to connect it in the room.
We appreciate the breakfast as the food quality is good but seems the number of staff is limited. They are required to work in the reception for check in/out enquiries and at the same time busy rushing to the breakfast area to clean up the tables and food.

It's a little far from the station, but if you take the city bus, it's a great place.
The room was very clean, but there was only one thin lace curtain on the window, which bothered me a little at night.
For breakfast, the bread was baked and it was very delicious.
Especially the croissants were the best!
The scenery outside is also great!
