Providing a great online customer service while having the e enquiries before checking in. Hotel room with the extraordinary view facing Jungfrau which highly maximize the experience during stay. However, the location of the hotel is quite up on the hill. Guests with large luggage like me may feel inconvenience.

The room is relatively small, and there are stairs, but overall I am satisfied. The view from the road is very beautiful. Although the location is relatively high and you have to go up a mountain. The staff is very friendly and even if you don't understand English well, they speak slowly so it's easy to understand! Above all, the view was so beautiful that time passed quickly when I sat on the chair and zoned out. I was already satisfied with everything just from the view alone haha.

The breakfast package is great! But there are not many varieties, they all come with oa**eal and fruits, but the scene is so beautiful! And it’s very close to the railway station. Highly recommended!
