There was a problem in my room. I called the front desk and immediately two young men came to my room and solved the problem. It was such a problem that would have kept me from coming back to the hotel, but because of their actions I will definitly go back. Thank you

The staff were so nice and friendly here. Every time we walked past someone, they would smile and say hello. They even called our room to make sure that it was okay. The breakfast was really good. This was such a tiny town that there weren’t many options to stay, but we’re glad that we chose this hotel. I HIGHLY recommend this hotel to anyone that comes here!!!

It seemed to be the best hotel in town & was very convenient for visiting Fort Parker State Park. Staff was courteous & friendly. Disappointed that the scrambled eggs were too salty for me but the waffles were great! Plan to stay here again next year.

This hotel advertises as being pet friendly but actually has a strict policy of not allowing pets. It is posted on their entry doors. I had some specific reasons for booking this hotel and upon learning of this issue had to talk to the manager/owner demanding they honor their advertising. They let our small dog stay as a service pet. However, be warned that they are not pet friendly. If you don’t have a pet they are a clean and well maintained hotel with nice and accommodating front desk staff.

Beds were very hard. I woke each morning with sore hips and back. I slept horribly for the 3 nights, and was really glad to leave. I needed a decent night's sleep.
