They amaze you in every way. All of them smile with warm heart and you don't feel like going back. Location is perfect with serene river flowing at a walking distance. Rooms are spacious and neat, clean & well maintained with all the necessary amenities. The Food at "Pizzeria" is delicious. It is 30 mins from Glacier 3000 and bus stop is 5 mins away. They provide free transfer both ways. What more we can ask for? Definitely will be going back again! Other Swiss hotels should learn from you.

Un accueil super agréable avec du personnel souriant et fort aimable, nous avons croisé la patron lors de notre arrivée et pareil, gentillesse et bonne humeur au rendez-vous. Hotel chaleureux avec des chambres spacieuses et très propres. Nous y avons séjournés avec nos 2 filles et notre chien qui lui aussi a eu droit à des petites attentions lors de l'arrivée dans la chambre (balle pour jouer et gamelle avec des friandises). Restaurant top personnel efficace et la qualité est au rendez-vous. Nous avons déjà réservés pour cette été.

Amazing hotel and staff, truly 5 star all the way. We have stayed at some renowned 5 star hotels around the world and must say, this is one of the best. We had the 1 bedroom apartment. Amazing decor, furniture and beds. Cleanliness 5 star. What made our experience 5 star is because of the staff. From transportation from and to the train station, during breakfast, and specially the front desk. Looking forward to visiting again.

This hotel and restaurant are both in the top hotels we have visited. Service was sincere, swift, professional and friendly. The restaurant was bustling at every turn with wood fired pizzas, handmade pasta and good vibes. Might be my favorite restaurant on the entire trip to Switzerland.

Great welcome in a warm welcoming hotel an easy walk from the town centre. Lots of parking , extremely well appointed and very comfortable . A perfect place to stop as we toured the Alps. Bathroom and bedroom are both of high standard as is the whole place and the whole experience too.

Romantic weekend. Welcome by a very friendly and helpful lady with a smile. Spacious room, very popular romantic decoration and large balcony. The evening meal delicious, but too much quantity. The restaurant staff was great. However, there was one point that we didn't like at all. We took an hour in the private spa, from 5:40 p.m. to 6:40 p.m. At 6:35 p.m. we dry off and get ready to leave. At exactly 6:40 p.m. the cleaning lady knocks on the door and tells us it’s time. When we came out she was waiting behind the door with the cleaning supplies. We felt like we were kicked out in a really rude way. If it hadn't been for this impatient person our weekend would have been perfect.
