服務不錯，行李員幫忙把行李拿到房間，並且介紹了酒店環境。早餐品種也豐富。符合此價位酒店標準。
酒店周圍環境很好，但是早晚都會有許多周圍居民來鍛鍊，位置離房間衹有兩三米遠，必須把厚窗簾拉上才行，屋裡就會變得很壓抑，因為房間面積較小。

廣元環境很好的星級酒店。首先是位置好，緊靠江邊，在房間裏看江景美不勝收，院內專門停車位；軟硬件設施好。酒店新裝修，乾淨整潔。早餐環境温馨，飯菜可口。

房間沒得説，挺好的，設施設備新，房間大，就是處在馬路邊，晚上可以聽見等紅綠燈時，汽車按出的喇叭聲，比較吵。
