"room looks clean but the toilet is abit old, quite abit of rusting on the metal parts, there was also sewage smell coming out from the bathing and sink drainage. overall okay for a 1 night stay. it is near the train station, and I got around renting the electric scooter which was quite convenient. they provided goodnight bread and the green tea milk drink which was decent. no problems with hot water and air conditioning, place is quiet"

"The elderly traveled by car and had a good experience. The guest room was comfortable and the accommodation was safe. The surrounding facilities were suitable and convenient for travel. It was just that when parking in the parking lot, I met a mobile vendor who asked the elderly to buy something. He also mentioned that the parking lot was dimly lit and he fell. Fortunately, the staff was able to communicate in time after going upstairs to report it, and took the initiative to ask to take him to have a look. The elderly felt that the attitude made him feel very comfortable."

"I rarely give such a low score. Little Red Potato 🍠 recommended it. It was said that it was by the Jialing River and that it was a park in itself with beautiful environment, so we chose this place. We checked in late and it was raining heavily. After 11:00 at night, the light outside the hotel was dim. We stayed in the administrative building and asked if we could show us the way because we were in the last building and were unfamiliar with it. The front desk service was very unprofessional and rude. It took repeated requests before they agreed. There was no one on duty at the front desk of Fengqi Building. The room was very old and shabby. The curtains were broken. The outer electric and manual curtains did not work. I insisted until 8 o'clock in the morning and called the waiter. The waiter said that this would happen after a long time. I did not wait inside and went directly to the restaurant. The restaurant has very few varieties. The waiters at the door did not stand straight. They were hunched over and crawling. I did not see anyone polite or say hello in the whole hotel. It felt like a guesthouse. The hotel as a whole was very poor. No matter what it was, it did not meet the five-star standard, not even the four-star standard. The worst five-star hotel I have ever stayed in, bar none."

"A hot spring hotel where you can't soak in the hot springs? Unless you're an athlete, it's ridiculous. On a windy night with a headache, you can't see any steam from the hot springs? It must be a special forces training ground. Last year when I visited Taipei 101, I was shocked by the incredibly hot springs, thinking it was still early and the water wasn't too hot yet. This time, I know. The hotel offers absolutely no entertainment, except for exercising to combat the cold! Providing a couple of lesser-known brand-name amenities doesn't improve the hotel's quality; the key is to consider the guests' perspective."

I decided to give it a try for one night, and it wasn't as bad as I thought. The front desk service was warm and attentive, patiently answering all my questions. They upgraded my room for free, and it was large, spacious, and bright, with a comfortable bed. They even provided children's toothbrushes and slippers. The breakfast time was the best part, from 7 AM to 11 AM, and the variety was quite rich. Also, remember that free parking is on level B2 underground! Parking on the ground level costs money, my friends."

There is a company opposite the room (Picture 3), which does not work on weekends. There is a restaurant with a nice environment on the first floor (picture 2). I checked in late and didn't go to eat. The business service is also very good and very quiet. The only drawback is that there is a used toothbrush on the bathroom floor (Picture 5)."
