We went there during the Spring Festival so there might be a shortage of staff, but the attitude of the young lady from check-in reception/dining/communication was very good. On the fifth night of the New Year, they even set off fireworks for the guests. You can feel that the family is running the business very hard~ Facilities: Secondly, the room is very clean and the equipment is very new. It is more suitable for couples or staying in a private room by yourself. The air conditioner in the room will be turned on in advance and the electric blanket is also very warm. Dining: For dinner, we ordered the hot pot chicken from the homestay. It tasted good and the portion was large. I booked this hotel for my grandparents' trip, and based on their feedback, I wholeheartedly recommend this hot spring hotel. 1. **Environment:** While Chengdu was experiencing temperatures over 30°C during the day, Zengjiashan remained a comfortable 20-23°C. The surrounding area boasts a 4A-rated scenic spot with mountains and a lake. Our room had a full lake view from the window and a large balcony. Staying here truly relaxed both mind and body. 2. **Cleanliness:** No major issues to report. 3. **Service:** The service left the deepest impression on my grandparents. For a hotel in the 1000 RMB price range, they had staff escorting them to their table, dedicated service, and even help pulling out chairs. The service was impeccable. The private hot spring was prepared in advance at a perfect temperature. 4. **Facilities:** All facilities were in good working order. We needed an extra mini-fridge, and it was brought to us right away. 5. **Room:** My grandparents said the room was very comfortable and had a large balcony. However, looking at the photos they took, the room design doesn't quite suit my personal preferences. There's no hard or soft partition between the sleeping area and the living area. For me, this might be a slight drawback, as I prefer a separation between the sleeping and lounging areas to feel more secure at night."
