這家我也不知道是幾星的酒店，在廣元這個房價至少4星以上。
設施：設施設備陳舊不説，維護的也不好。入住時的床品有摺痕。
服務：無禮賓，無接待，前台有三位美女。但是確實都很忙。其中一位短髮美女看樣子應該前台負責人，當時是因為來參加朋友婚禮，攜程定了房沒辦入住，準備去爬鳳凰山，想先把一個包寄存在前台，前台告知我們在哪裡參加婚禮就寄存在幾樓，我告知我們有訂房才讓我們寄存在前台。確實不清楚宴會廳不是酒店的嗎？不讓寄存就算了，全程那個臉我也不知道為什麼會那麼垮，我是來消費，不是來找氣受。跟着另外一位陌生入住的客人在前台生氣問他們服務員是不是回家睡覺了，他房卡沒打開門，給前台打電話等了20幾分鐘沒人理他。他衹能下來刷卡，客人很生氣但是沒有過分的言語，刷好卡就走了。這位短髮美女，當著前台那麼多客人説了一句“有病吧”。我想請問酒店就是這樣管理的？看了前台這些態度後，對酒店其他的不敢又更多要求。
環境：靠着嘉陵江，風景還是很好，出行也很便利。
確實生意也很好，所以可能也不在乎這些細節管理吧。
