迄今為止住過最差的五星級酒店。酒店門前站着工作人員，客人來了只是眼神看着，沒有任何行動，和前台反映，敷衍搪塞。酒店門口的地墊坑坑窪窪，箱子根本拖不動。前台辦理入住再三強調要安靜的房間，結果聽了一晚的火車嗚笛。五星酒店的床居然一翻身就響，妥妥的夜晚二重奏。第二天果斷退房，結果等了1天到了晚上，收取的按金都不退，打電話催問，笑稱可能是忘了，雖然很快就收到了，但前前後後遇到的一系列問題，離五星標準相去甚遠。

酒店位置很好，酒店河對面就是著名景點皇澤寺，距離高鐵站也就幾分鐘路程，非常的方便，在房間俯瞰窗外的夜景美不勝收，感謝前台sheila贈送的歡迎小禮品，下次有機會一定再次入住。
