酒店服務真是不太好，我一般是不評論的，從入住到退房，整體感覺很差

將近300塊錢的價格，感覺非常不值，跟網上介紹不符，寫的湖景房，但是實際房間對面就是小區，屋內設施簡陋，一次性拖鞋薄的像一層紙，房間隔音效果非常差，連隔壁的呼嚕聲都聽的清清楚楚，總之不推薦入住。

入住時候的前台和餐廳工作人員都很好，退房時候的工作人員之離譜，本來就是攜程兑換的兩點前退房，入住時給的卡冊也是寫的兩點前退房，中午一點多正好在收拾東西，工作人員打電話態度極其惡劣，説通知我們該退房了，跟她説明瞭退房時間會按時退，態度很兇還説他們酒店改成了十二點，完全沒有契約精神也沒有服務態度，本來就要結束入住了嚴重影響心情！
