Location is good, people in front desk are nice. Room at first sight it was clean but is not that much when you start looking at details, saw two very small cockroaches near the toilet pipes and door. The room feeling is a bit humid due to the not existence of windows and there are not disposable slippers.
Hotel is not bad for a night if you only need few hours of sleep and you are not to picky, but I think it is too expensive for what they offer.

Thumb up to the service of hotel 's eceptionists (esp Ms 詹) during our 2 day stay. Strategically located at gate G Metro Line 3 , it had a comfortable bed & also very clean with all basic needs fully equipped . We had had a very good rest after check in for 2 days overnite stsy although it was near to the busy n noisy main road. The only shortcoming was the bedroom was short of a window ! . Its front desk staff were kind and helpful when we sought road guidance !

The room is originally dark in color, and all use small light bulbs. The dim lights make it difficult to see anything clearly, so at least give me a bright option. . . The room was nice, big and spacious, but the light was really hard to describe, as if I was living in a cave, which was extremely depressing. . .

The location is very good and we had no overall problems with the room give or take a cockroach and a harder than average bed. After travelling a couple of weeks having the washing machine was a bonus. Our only problem was with the rooms having no sound proofing at all from the main corridor. Other guests were being loud throughout the night, going out into the hallway to talk on their phone or going between rooms and slamming doors kept me and my wife awake most of the time. The other issue was with smoking. Our room didn’t smell of cigarettes at first but as other guests would smoke in their rooms or the hallways our room would fill up with smoke in no time and it was as if they were actually smoking in our room which made us feel sick. it would be better if the floors can be separated into smoking and non smoking and even quiet and loud if people like to spend more time in the corridor than their room. Overall if you get more lucky with other guests than we had I would recommend, or if you are a heavy sleeper and don’t mind cigarette smoke this is an ideal cheaper place to stay in Guangzhou downtown.

Severe rain made the K train delayed. Decided 1 night in Guangzhou with a new ticket back to Shenzhen.
The rooms here are good. Refreshing beer at mini-bar. Goo bathroom facilities. Relaxed and got ready to set out for some appetizer, dinner, and music. Rain was off and on. HOWEVER,
Never got to leave. The Sashimi was within 30 minutes unable to finish. Despite the portion well worth the value, I was ill from the fish. Right away informed lobby lounge bar, and informed him I had to go rest. I was sick. Slept today 5am. Front desk got water from housekeeping. Luckily had electrolytes in luggage.
By checkout, front desk had already informed manager, so requested food portion for refund through WeChat. Despite not leaving the hotel, the staff and comfort of room helped. Still very ill, but was able to make it to the train. Will get sashimi at sushi/sashimi restaurants from now on. Hoping the bacteria does not lead to infection.

This hotel provides excellent services. It is cozy and comfortable. The people are very helpful, kind, polite and professional. I brought my mother who is over 87 years old. She needs a wheelchair all time. We lived in ATour Light Hotel for more than 10 days. We are very lucky to have Yaohui, AnAn, Chengji and Yuzi etc. helped. They assisted me to take care of my mother and they specifically adjusted the room for her convenience. I am very thankful and greatly appreciated their assistance. The hotel is at a great location. The room is clean. The breakfast also is great. The transportation/subway is very accessible to every direction. Great people make a great hotel. Thank you so much the ATour Light Hotel. This is a great hotel in the middle of Guangzhou. It was clean and a nice relaxing atmosphere. It pretty much looks like the picture. The staff does not speak English, but they were friendly. I added their wechat and communication was easy. A few things to clear up. The hotel IS easy to find. I almost did not take this hotel, because everybody said it was difficult to find. You can see it from the Main Street. Yes, taxi won’t go directly to the hotel unless you specifically request. But from the main road to the hotel is literally 10 seconds haha. I do have one complaint. I selected a room with a refrigerator because I like my drinks cold. But the refrigerator didn’t work. From what I understand non of the refrigerators worked. I paid extra for it. And the view was of a side of a building. But besides that., it was a great hotel. If I decide to come to GZ again, I will be staying here.

Upon booking, I contacted the hotel receptionist who promptly arranged a driver to pick me up from the airport. The hotel's lobby was immaculate, and the staff courteously showed me to my room, providing a thorough introduction to the hotel's facilities.

I recently stayed at the Kyriad Marvelous Hotel (Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport) for two nights. Unfortunately, my experience fell far short of the positive reviews I read online, which makes me question their authenticity.
**From the very beginning, the check-in process was unpleasant.** The staff displayed a rude and unwelcoming demeanor. When they provided the initial Wi-Fi username and password, it turned out to be incorrect.
**We returned to the lobby to address the Wi-Fi issue.** Instead of simply providing the correct credentials, the staff member became impatient and took our phone to set up the connection themselves. When we politely requested the username and password for our computer, they responded with a dismissive attitude, stating they ”already set it up” and questioned why we needed the information. We explained the initial credentials were wrong, and they finally provided the correct username and password written on a piece of paper, further demonstrating their lack of courtesy.
**Housekeeping was another area of disappointment.** After our first night, we requested room service. Despite confirming our room number and promising to clean the room later, housekeeping never arrived. Returning to the hotel in the evening, we found our room untouched. We ended up having to replenish our own water bottles and toilet paper.
**The airport fetching service we booked was another source of frustration.** We arrived in the lobby early for the arranged pick-up time. However, when the pick-up time approached, we were informed that the car had already left for the airport without us!** There was no apology or explanation for this missed pick-up. Thankfully, another driver was present in the lobby and was able to arrange alternative transportation to ensure we reached the airport on time. This incident was a stressful and concerning experience.
Overall, my stay at the Kyriad Marvelous Hotel was a frustrating one. The staff's unprofessionalism, the lack of housekeeping service, the missed airport pick-up, and the initial Wi-Fi problems significantly detracted from the experience.

AAscotThe hotel is spotlessly clean, inside the room especially. Super quiet, did not hear a soul from outside the room. Same goes with watching the airplanes take-off and landing, not a sound at all. The shuttle service is number 1 for personalized service. It is worth staying at, with a bus stop on the road virtually directly out front, great eateries next door as well.

Quiet surroundings at 25min from Kanton Fair area. Free shuttle bus, very punctual.
Good experience. I would recommend it and go again.

GGuest UserThe hotel is in an excellent location. It is within a reasonable distance from Shangxiajiu Pedestrian Street and Chen Clan Ancestral Hall. It takes more than 10 minutes to walk and 7 minutes to walk to the subway station. The hotel actually occupies three floors of a residential building. The room is really not flattering. There is a bed as soon as you open the door. There is only one bed in the whole room. Two people can only sleep on the bed in the room. There is no place to put it in the room. The toilet is small and pitiful. One person can't take a shower and the other person can't use the toilet. . This is the smallest room I have ever booked on Ctrip. The order indicates that there are windows, but there are no windows, and the area is definitely not 20 square meters. Won’t book again, poor experience

GGuest UserThis is the second time I have visited this Hotel.As always the facilities are excellent,especially the Gym,Jacuzzi,Sauna and indoor hot pool available for both genders.The personell are very hospitable.If I may give some constructive criticism, the lunch self help at the California Restaurant was a bit dissapointing.They should have more variety of meat,and fish.Last time there was Sushi available for dinner, however this time for lunch no Sushi.And lamb or pork or mutton as an extra meat dish.They should also have a dry white wine on the Wine List at a reasonable price.They can contact Me at ************************************* , and I will supply.

CChengxiqu88clean and nice remodeling. But this is not a 5 star, rather 3 to 4 star. Actually it’s a weird hotel. They completely lack the windows. The hallways are zigzagging and has a huge risk if fire breaks. I don’t know how the city government allows this kind of hotel. They turned off the heater and keep saying they turned it on. Latter they provided a space heater. I would not recommend this hotel.

SSeh KiatVery good location next to the Beijing Lu Pedestrian Walk. In the older part of the city. The surrounding is very nostalgic yet very well kept by the city.
My room is a river view high floor and it was exactly what I got. Full height window and a Tatami bed. It also came with a washer and a separate dryer. Unfortunately the dryer had to be placed in the bathroom which made it a bit cramp.
The room itself is well maintained and what I suspect to be toiletries left behind by previous occupants are displayed for subsequent travellers.
I had great sleep, unfortunately I could not enjoy the great view because it was fogged out during my stay..
Overall, think Airbnb apartment.
The building is quite aged, so the lifts are a bit slow in coming. Add to that, the entire building seems to be occupied by numerous similar operators.
BTW Check In and service desk is in apartment 1813, at least for now.
