Provided quick fix that night, and reassure me they will provide long term fix. Also gave me small gift to compensate. Overall handling the issue very well. Please remember to fix. Great value for money, super clean, comforable bed, beautiful river view from hotel room. Need to specific mention this hotel have very amazing, friendly and helpful staffs. (We left a wifi egg with charger behind and they gave it to us immediately when we check out!!) Walking distance to eateries and river cruise at the pier. Stay for 2 nights in this hotel, just a bit disappointed coz can't go to the rooftop bar due to events on both nights. Also need to mention elderly need to be very careful when using the shower room of the hotel coz their floor are made of marble. It can be a bit slippery. Other than that, I highly recommend this hotel and will come back next time. We had a wonderful time here, thank you very much.

優點—— 主要是看中酒店地理位置，也是朋友推薦考慮便捷原因，去景點打車不超過15分鐘才選的這家。前台實習生牌子的員工態度都挺好的，老員工不太行全程面無表情。房內空間不大，整體佈局合理，衞生整潔有序。床墊很難得是硬的，很舒適。早餐品類不多但味道都在線。 缺點—— ①下了兩個訂單，攜程平台要求再填一位入住姓名，但是辦理入住時兩個訂單沒有關聯，不知道是攜程的問題還是預訂部的問題； ②兩個房間都是同個房型，五個人辦理入住時前台衹告知免費升級了房型，因為其中一間還是臟房，先開了一間，結果後來拿房的時候説衹升級了一間，長者孩子一行人要分樓層，解釋説是房型短缺，可我明明兩個都是同個房型，不清楚是否是訂單未關聯分開排房的關係； ③辦理入住的前台人員工作態度尚好，但技能有待加強。因為其中一間是臟房，身份證是已經拿去過的，系統不切入住先保存證件訊息和公安錄入訊息就好了，可是等回來拿房的時候告知要再去取身份證重新錄入辦理，原因是臟房不能切入住……； ④詢問能否另一間也做升級，老員工面無表情給到的答覆是我們沒有這個權限，這個理由直接給我整不會了。可以説沒有升級房型了，可以説其他的，沒有權限真的很可笑，我沒有要求房型升兩級呀……； ⑤vc房門不是關閉狀態，不確定是否有二次檢查過，房內電燈空調也都開啟，但第一間房進入前是全關閉的； ⑥第二天給前台打電話讓做續住衞生結果沒有打掃，再致電前台説不用了等下午出去再整理，結果午睡的時候來按門鈴打掃了，兩間房都是把長者小孩全部吵醒。 綜合對我而言是住得讓人火冒三丈的酒店，花錢找氣受。 酒店整體符合經濟型特徵，對入住體驗要求低主攻玩樂的還是可以入住的。

We booked a river view suite. Though the room was a bit dated but its size and floorplan was more like a presidential suite especially overlooking the pearl River. The river view was very grand and unblocking.. We really enjoyed the night view with multiple nightly cruises passed by every evening. The 5 star White swan hotel, people s bridge and ”sand face Island” were all within our view. As we are more like vegetarian, the Asian breakfast buffet have enough dishes for our taste. In fact, I can accept eating that type of breakfast everyday. To enhance your experience, you can walk across the people's bridge to ”sand face Island” through the old French style buildings and finally lead to the white swan hotel (if your budget allow, have a meal there). Of course, we did all those and more. What I didn't like and what the hotel needs to improve, please give hotel guests free access to the spa within the same building.

The restaurant had a good breakfast, 38 yuan, more than a dozen varieties, and the children were satisfied! The other two restaurants, one is Guangzhou Restaurant and the other is Guanhang Liyuan. The dishes are good. We think it is very convenient. It takes about ten minutes to take a taxi to various attractions, and it takes 8 minutes to walk to the subway. Although the price has risen by more than 100 during the trade fair and the May Day holiday, we all think that the cost performance is particularly high.
