Guangzhou Baiyun District 4-star Hotels

The hotel environment is good, the staff are very enthusiastic, and I am very satisfied with my stay. I have stayed here several times and this hotel is my first choice.

Location is good, right next to the metro. Takes about 25-30 minutes on the metro to go to downtown. Rooms are comfortable and clean. We arrived early morning and the counter staff (Ella) was very helpful to get us some cookies and also finding a room for us to check in early. Breakfast variety is not a lot though.

The Chinese name of the hotel is so understated that it gave me a sense of excitement like discovering a treasure after entering the hotel area. I would venture to speculate that the name of the hotel is to reflect the sense of history that it was opened in 1962! Before I checked in, I always felt that the gardens in Lingnan were relatively small and beautiful. This time I stayed in a hotel with a garden-like feel, which really made me happy. The hotel covers a large area, but only has 42 rooms, which are very private. The internal roads extend in all directions, giving the feeling of winding paths leading to secluded areas. Various garden landscaping arts are used at a high level. It was originally related to Mr. Su Dongpo's family and was later renovated by Mr. Mo Bozhi. It is the work of a famous artist and a national leader. Also visited many times. In addition to villas, there are also standard rooms, which lowers the entry threshold to a certain extent. The equipment and facilities in the room are very well protected and the details are in place. What makes me most comfortable is that no matter whether it is a shower, a coffee machine, a small speaker, etc., everything you may need After thinking about how to use the equipment, I placed a plastic instruction manual next to the equipment, which directly reduces the unpleasantness that may be caused by improper use. After seeing the squirrels in the tree, the child joked with me that it would be great if he could come and stay for a few days every year. Next time you go to Baiyun Mountain, you will definitely experience it again!

Stayed at this hotel as we needed to be close to the airport for our flight. The breakfast has a remarkable spread and is quite delicious. The hotel has a free shuttle that can be booked at front desk to the airport for guests .

I arrived in Guangzhou on a business trip on a hot summer day. I would like to give Nanmei Hotel a good score in terms of cleanliness. I didn't feel any uncomfortable feeling from the bedding. The smell from the sewer doesn't come up because I blocked it well with caulk, and even with the smell of the air conditioner, I can use Gompam without any smell. The staff always greet you kindly. There is also a password locker when you leave your belongings, so you can move around comfortably.

The room is clean and comfortable, the environment is quiet, and the service is attentive. The only drawback is that the hotel is located some distance from the subway station, which is not convenient. The breakfast is rich in ingredients and tastes good. The overall stay is very cost-effective.

One of the best hotels here in Guangzhou. Clean and big rooms. Our room was upgraded. We got a bigger room. also, we had coffee, tea and some snack. There's a laundry room if one needs to wash or dry their clothes. The breakfast was nothing special, we saw the pics and expected more. The staff is nice. Unfortunately they don't speak English but do their best to help anyway (Google translate always helps). Another good thing is their pick-up/ drop-off service, we arrived late, contacted the hotel and the car picked us up in 10 minutes. Definitely recommend this place.

Greatly enjoyed my stay at both Hampton by Hiltons I stayed at in Guangzhou (the other was the sports center one). This one had a big leg up, over most Asian hotels actually, which is that the air conditioning was on! It was nice to sleep in a cool 18C :) The staff here was wonderful, for example immediately after I checked out I asked if there was a microwave to heat a leftover burger I had. I was taken to the restaurant and the desk staff heated the burger and allowed me to dine in the restaurant area while it was closed. This was greatly appreciated. Like the other Hampton hotel it seems quite new, has a very innovative light switch setup that I love, and the bed is very comfortable. I highly recommend it. Location is a touch far from the metro but manageable and taxis are plentiful, walkable to nice areas including the amazing sculpture park and its attached parks. Note the Google maps location for the hotel is wrong, it's located in the large open space directly northeast of the Ziyuan Comprehensive Market shown on the attached screenshot. Enjoy!

The room is very well oriented, quiet and sunny. The bathroom is separated into wet and dry areas. There are several full-length mirrors in the room. I love it. There is also a small sofa for the desk. You don't have to sit on the bed to eat takeout. The hotel environment is high-end and atmospheric. The bedding is comfortable. I am very satisfied and give it a five-star rating. The sanitation is very clean. It is very convenient to go downstairs to eat. The waiter greets me warmly. He greets me when he sees me in the corridor and elevator. He is very thoughtful. The noodles for breakfast are cooked by the auntie. There is a large underground parking lot for free parking. There are also charging piles and washing machines and dryers. There are many hotels around. I am very satisfied with this stay and will come again next time.
