前台不常有人，給了我們個密碼自己進門。可誰想到，我們住到一半出去吃個晚飯的功夫，密碼就給改了，啥通知也沒有。
這突發的狀況真是讓我們手足無措，趕緊想聯繫前台，結果人影都沒有，電話也沒人接。這下好了，我們付了錢的房間進不去，衹能門外乾等，既浪費時間，也全攪了我們的好心情。
説實話，我真是夠失望的。住個房間這麼基本的事都搞不定，這酒店的管理和服務是有多糟糕啊。酒店做生意不就應該讓客人滿意順心嗎？這次的糟心事真是給他們的客服和應急措施劃了個大大的問號。

誰住誰遭殃，電話永遠沒人接，破民宿是月子中心改的，前台在35樓，保安不會給你刷卡上去，在一樓沒有人搭理你，沒見過這麼下頭的酒店，房間破爛不堪，木板地板是發黴的，服務為0，沒有任何服務，這樣的房間可以賣一兩千，擦亮眼睛同胞們

就是廚房的配備不完全，如果有基本的煮鍋最好了！筷子可以配備一次性的！方便素食者吃簡單的食物用！
