住的簡直太舒服了 環境非常好 房間很有特點 吃得也非常不錯 另外非常感謝禮賓部Alex和前台Jonathan的熱情幫助 服務非常到位 下次去廣州還會定這家的！

住的很舒服，海心沙上一處避世小島的感覺，市中心位置有這樣的體驗很難得。可以看到白鷺，景觀好，直接臨江，整體氛圍很有意思，是之前海軍宿舍所改，設計也很用心。前台Kevin，禮賓部Alex都提供了很好的服務。

住酒店從來沒有遇到過這麼糟心的事情！ check out之後接到電話，説房間裏的音響找不到了，問我們有沒有拿（偷）。 我説沒有拿，至少説了五六遍之後，對方還一直在追問，大概的意思就是：我們找遍了酒店沒有發現，詢問了工作人員也沒有發現，現在就是找不到了，您這邊看下怎麼辦呢。 你們自己的管理做的爛，員工監管不到位，現在還要我來自證我沒有拿你們的爛音響？我是真的無語。 再三説明我們沒有拿音響後，終於掛了電話，本來想着告一段落了，結果退房當天晚上酒店又來了電話。這次是一個所謂的經理，再一次的，又把今天上午的對話完整的重複了一遍。我的腦海中閃過無數***：無憑無據的情況下，酒店不反省自己的內部管理，隨意的把我們當小偷，體驗負分。 僅給未來入住的旅客們一個忠告，退房時候最好立即檢查，避免自己未來被惡意揣測。

When they learned that I had children, they prepared children's supplies in the room and upgraded the room type. Overall, I felt that every staff member was friendly. Secondly, the room is very tidy. When you get tired from playing outside every day, you can instantly relax when you come back to the room. The decoration style of the room has its own characteristics and a mix of traditional Chinese elements. All the facilities in the room are very advanced, the TV can project the cartoons that the kids love to watch, the toilet is also a Toto smart toilet, the hair dryer is a Dyton, etc. Finally, the location of the hotel is very good. It is only 100 meters away from the Pearl River Night Tour Pier, which is very convenient. It's a bit regretful this time that I didn't check the hotel's food. I will stay in this hotel next time I have the opportunity.
