訂房時前台服務特別特別差，衹是問了一下能不能換房，就很不耐煩呢一直在嘮叨，態度極差，然後一邊抱怨就不理了，還給後來的客人先辦，讓我在那乾等着，就説了一句怎麼不給辦，就又開始語氣特別差的説話了，我是去住宿的，不是去受氣的，不想上班就回家做你的小公主，客人不會慣着你
