Stayed here for the second time. The location is great! The room is nice too! But the water in the shower is not very good, and it drains very slowly after taking a shower. Also, because it is an apartment, there are many office buildings downstairs, so it takes a long time to wait for the elevator.

As a result, we found that we didn’t bring makeup remover, so we ordered takeout. I knew that the courier in this building couldn’t go upstairs. The service here is great. The boss personally picked it up and delivered it to the door of the room without going downstairs. The decoration is also quite new, but the style is a bit new and old. If it rains heavily, you can go to the subway station from the negative 2 floor, but you have to go through a shopping mall and two short flights of stairs. If you need additional materials, they can be delivered to the room quickly. The hotel provides free laundry service and can send it back on the same day. Recommend 👍🏻

After looking at many hotels, we finally chose Xingyin Cloud Hotel. We lived on the 38th floor, which was like living in the clouds. We could see everything clearly. The hotel environment was good and the facilities were new. We arrived at the hotel in the morning and asked if there were any rooms available with the mentality of giving it a try. The front desk said that the standard room we booked was not available at the moment, but they could give us a king-size room to rest first, and notify us to change rooms after we checked out and cleaned the room later. The hotel also provided free dry cleaning, document printing and luggage storage services, and provided unlimited drinks and water. It was really thoughtful. I will definitely book this hotel again when I come to Guangzhou next time.

Go to Exit F of Changgang Station of Metro Line 2 or Line 8, turn left, and enter through the door of Guangzhou Restaurant to the hotel lobby on the 13th floor.
