初次體驗小區裏的民宿，房間比酒店大多了，還帶個大露台視野特別好，在廣州塔這個位置三百多一晚超值了～

坦率地説，這不是一次好的體驗。主要問題是衞生。當然，有其好的地方，首先，是地理位置，與小蠻腰為鄰，去珠江畔賞夜景方便。出行交通也極便利。店主雖然從沒露面，但是，人還是很熱情的答疑解難。提供一些攻略和建議。這點，我還是挺感動的。

個人認為評價都是真實的，是一家非常靠譜的民宿，地理位置絕佳，步行幾分鐘就能到廣州塔地鐵站和公交站，公交站可直達北京路、上下九等景點，而且公交車上人少、有座位，地鐵更是方便的不行。店家效率也是超快，電視不能看，第二天立刻就處理了。綜合價格、地理位置、房間面積，這間民宿絕對完勝，與其花一樣甚至更高的價格住酒店的小格子間，這家更有性價比。已經推薦給朋友了，下次去廣州還選你家。

挺不錯的，交通方便，自助式也省去很多麻煩，房間挺大的有花園陽台，床單被罩市晾曬過的。去廣州塔和花城廣場方便還乘坐了APM線，強烈推薦附近的點都德（花城樓）花城店）

非常不錯的一次體驗！離廣州塔很近 在小區裏面 房間裏有個院子 在外面吹吹風啥的很舒服 也比較安靜 一覺睡到自然醒。

房間就像100多的房間 衞生也很臟 被套都洗不出來了 衞生間也是老舊 老闆服務還可以 位置還可以
陽台衹能看見塔尖 不能全景 珠江也是一角
