酒店很奈斯，乾淨整潔，全季5,0設計真的很棒，我無法挑剔。因為入住時候快凌晨兩點了，我電話諮詢退房時間，小妹很爽快主動的給我延遲到下午兩點退房，非常好。我對於這家酒店的設計，房間舒適度，停車便利性給滿分，但是也有不足處是該房間位於六樓，五樓露台有一大堆空調主機，所以不能開窗，因為噪音非常大，但是關窗後靜悄悄，隔音玻璃做得完美。我提個建議是房間應該配個空氣凈化器，這樣抽煙的人呢就很方便了，或者對那一大堆空調主機隔音處理。第二個是退房的時候前台要求我現場給予好評，當時我因為急事要走，所以沒有現場給。我想前台不應該以給我延遲兩個小時退房時間為由要求給予好評，不然這就是交換了，如果是交換，那交換的籌碼要我同意，那前台應該在我電話諮詢的時候告知我延遲退房是要給五星好評前提條件的。我理解評論對於酒店OTA時代的重要性，但是這種評論是應該建立在住客對酒店的真實評價上。因為這樣才不會誤導後面的住客，對酒店也是不斷提升服務的動力。説了這麼多，我可以告訴大家這個酒店真不錯，這條滿分評論是我真實意思表達，而不是酒店方給我延遲退房交換給的。我還會繼續入住此酒店，也會推薦客户和朋友入住。謝謝你們提供優秀的服務。
