Bed is not clean, all of us got bed bug bite, terrible. Already inform to clean the bed, 2nd night still very itchy ended up more bites, and the bites after awhile will have small round things, very itchy and red
Only good thing about the hotel is near to zoo north door, there's one guy receptionist is very helpful by helping us to order didi car.
Thank you but no next time.

我們一家四口4月中旬去長隆玩，搜到這個酒店離北門很近。步行真的很近，一路還在施工，不過不太影響。周圍吃喝都很齊全，有萬民城。當時正好趕上下雨，酒店服務很周到，有熱茶，有烘乾機。酒店是全新的，設備都很新，有智能機器人。小薇很熱心，服務很周到很温暖。還幫我們升級了一天的自助早餐，菜品很新鮮很親民。下次玩長隆，這家酒店一定是首選！
