先説説住的第一個房間，住在一樓，內有一兩衹蚊子，房間備有電驅蚊器驅蚊，衞生方面差強人意，有待改進。晚上躺在床上，天花板漏水。換了一個房間，蚊子三四個，睡覺時用驅蚊器驅蚊，還好，半夜沒醒。公寓距離北京路步行街和大佛寺挺近的。一樓的房間感覺是通過隔板將一樓大廳的空間劃分為多個房間，房間內裝有螺旋式樓梯，床就在上面設施的話，算是挺齊全的。

體驗感很差，晚上到店辦完入駐後被告知房間下水堵了，洗浴衞生巾不能使用。本想着應付一晚，到了睡覺時間發現床鋪上面天花板漏水，把被子和床鋪都浸濕了，半夜也沒法去其他地方住，差評！！！
