The location is good but from what I am paying the service is not worth it

The hotel location is good but their service is bad also the food it doesn’t match from what I am paying their service even last night I showed the a receipt that I have paid for my booking but they didn’t check my confirmation number so I stayed passed midnight so that they confirm but they couldn’t careless they didn’t even gave me another option even though I showed the a receipts after hours they found my confirmation number but if they didn’t find I would be in the street looking for another hotel at that time anyways BAD HOTEL

I stayed in Guangzhou on a business trip. The surrounding environment is average. Many foreigners and black people stayed there. The black decoration style was depressing. The room was small, the bathroom was crowded, and the black carpet made it look dirty. When I checked in, there was a smell of toilet cleaner. I walked out as soon as I moved in. I really didn't want to stay in the room any longer, so I checked out and moved to another place the next morning. I made a mistake this time.
