説實話，來了這麼多次了，我就是奔着前台經理丹丹來的，服務態度好，禮貌收到，什麼事情都幫忙解決好！非常優秀的店長！酒店能做飯，安靜不吵！舒適度高！交通超級便利，附近就有悦滙城，都不用過馬路，就可以一路暢通的過去吃飯遊玩！出門遊玩首選之地！

住了七個晚上，空調設施老舊了，制熱效果不行，但是這裡是廣州，想想一年大部分時候都是需要製冷，哈哈。其他都很好，超出想象，一次難忘的旅程！

一星都不想給的，在他們家住了兩晚。第一晚九點多發現降價成43一晚，而我當時下午定的一百三十多，差價近一百塊。去前台找工作人員想問一下怎麼回事，前台説是搞活動，我説這差價有點離譜了吧，她看了一眼又説是弄錯了，拿着手機改動了一下，我眼睜睜看着價格從43變成68最後穩定在118元。我信了她的話，第二天續住，價格143元。當天晚上九點多翻開**一看，好傢伙又是43元一晚。第一次你可以説是弄錯了，我已經提醒一回，第二次又是43元，分明就是把我當**。就是不想讓我這個已經在住的知道這個活動，怕我退錢！跟**在線客服反映了這個情況，客服立馬來電溝通，告知我這是屬於酒店單方面的活動，而且酒店方跟我説的事實基本一致。客服説酒店肯定是不願意退款的，所以**賠付了五十元給我。真的拉黑這家。住宿環境也是那種破舊的民宿，床單被罩上都有破洞跟污漬。
