I booked a two-room hotel with a private hot spring bath. The towels and bed sheets were relatively clean, but I felt that the price/performance ratio was not high enough. If I paid a little more, I could book a better hotel, at least there would be more hot spring pools and available time.

First of all, we booked a three-bedroom, one-living room room. The bathroom and the hot spring pool in the room were in the same space. If someone was taking a hot spring bath, it would be inconvenient for others to take a shower or go to the bathroom, and the exhaust was very poor. In addition, the hotel's hot spring was actually a pool of hot water, not a hot spring. The toilet in our room was leaking and was about to flood, but no one came to fix it. The pillows were uncomfortable, and the room doors were broken and could not be locked. Breakfast only had fried noodles and porridge, not even soy milk or coffee.

I arrived at the hotel at noon on February 7th. The original plan was to take a hot spring bath. I booked a parent-child room with a double bed and a single bed for two days. When I arrived at the hotel front desk, they said that I could only take a bath every day at irregular intervals and not for more than three hours. Since I couldn't take a bath, I wanted to stay for only one day and refund for one day. At first, the hotel agreed to let me operate on the app. After a while, they said that the Ctrip platform did not agree to refund and could change me to a room with two single beds and an indoor hot spring pool. After the outdoor public hot spring pool was filled with water, they would call me to go down and take a bath. Then: 1. Because there were only two single beds after the room was changed, I asked the hotel to add a quilt and two pillows. The reply said that there was no quilt, only pillows. The two pillows were not delivered from 12 noon to 6 pm, and I urged them three or four times during the period. 2. The water in the shower room was cold. I didn't use it for two days. The hotel said that it would be hot if I let it sit for a while. I left it on for more than 40 minutes on the first day and it didn't work. 3. The indoor hot spring pool was normal from 4 to 7 pm. It was too cold at other times. It didn't work no matter how long I let it sit. 4. The outdoor public pool was not used once during the two days of stay. No one called to inform me when I could use it. The next morning, I asked a person sitting at the front desk who should be the person in charge of the hotel. He gave me a business card and told me to call him when I wanted to use it and fill a pool for me. The attitude was very good. 5. The hotel parking lot is the first floor of a building. It is dark and broken. After two days of parking, water leaked onto the car. The front windshield and the roof were all messy and seemed corrosive. I barely drove home after cleaning it for more than half an hour. I used a detergent brush for two hours. I don’t understand. There were people from the hotel when I parked. Why didn’t anyone tell me that there was a water leak on that place? This experience was too bad. I will definitely not come again. Ctrip also deleted it and will not use it anymore.
