首次入住，規模比較大，停車方便，有公共泡池，有自己的餐廳，但衞生非常差，有D離譜，被子很臟，拖鞋很臭，唯一亮點，餐廳味道不錯，特別糸鹹鵝，非常好食。

房間衣櫃門拉開會掉木屑而且還很難開，開了空調窗户外面一直滴水下來到窗户上噠噠聲靜音不是很好。早上打算泡温泉，去之前特意問前台公共温泉是不是已經可以進去泡了（房間裏也有寫早上9點到11點開放），9點多去到裏面的水池都沒有放水，問裏面的工作人員又説不知道讓我去問服務員，而且池子也不多，平常衹開放兩三個。體驗不是很好，個個工作人員都一問三不知。

房間裝修比較古式，過去時天氣太冷沒有泡室外温泉，衹在房間陽台泡池裡泡，温泉水不夠熱，有待改善，單獨一棟樓，設施不夠多

首先，前台的小姐姐服務還是很熱情和到位的，房間出現問題之後也是二話不説，直接更換房間。客房的設施還有環境就要説道説道了，第一間房入住之後發現窗台的位置有大面積的水。因為是在是太多水了，我剛開始以為是大理石的紋路，心想竟然做的如此逼真，用手碰了一下，結果是水。第二次的房間就一個大問題和一個小問題。小問題就是在茶几上方的射燈一直在閃爍，開了一會就不閃了，但是當外面的空調機還是什麼機器開啟的時候，又開始閃爍，而且當外面的機器啟動的一瞬間，整個房間的燈光都閃一下。第二個就是整個房間的噪聲問題了，也是當外面的機器啟動的時候，整個房間都會有共振的聲音，雖然不明顯，聲音不大，但是共振帶來的低頻噪聲確實是無法忽視。一段時間過後這些聲音會慢慢減弱，直到消失，直到機器再次啟動，不斷循環。這些問題再結合房間的價格以及整個服務，還在可以接受的範圍內。其它的方面都是很好的，尤其是服務和早餐方面。服務就不詳細説了，就是很好很熱情，有求必應。早餐也不錯，味道也適合，而且在這個時節，到早餐時間快結束的時候，也還能保證菜品是熱的。就憑這一點，已經在這個價位的一線水平了。
