公寓的衞生真的很不錯，室內也非常整潔，性價比高，各種設施雖説不算特別精緻，但是都足夠使用了短期入住很划算，價格不貴，熱水水壓很大非常不錯，老闆人很好，很熱情很友善，住起來很舒服，下次來還會選擇這家。

趁火打劫的黑店，平時80的賓館漲到160還不滿意，過去就説別人不退房讓加錢，理論幾句就讓人退房，服務態度巨差，要不是因為考試周圍沒房了，狗都不來住，隔音基本為零
