有個比較簡單的小院，別墅內部同時有幾户，共用客廳，還行，就是第二個早餐日的餐廳前台服務態度不怎麼好。停車很方便。可以走到園區直接遠眺小蠻腰

住別墅區，最靠裡邊的，希望下次住居中一點的。衞生狀態較好，下雨潮濕，空調除濕來幫忙。房間寬敞，客廳共享。

疫前曾經入住這個應該是工人團組織留下的公寓，今次到廣州再一次選擇這裡，發現重新裝修了。
位置座落客村的文創區內，自我解讀是天河中袖線的最南端，如果天氣良好，散步到廣州塔是一個舒適的距離。鄰近亦有新開廣州藝術博物館計。
普通房設在1層(地下)，比較潮濕。馬桶是開放開式設計，如果雙人住宿要留意。
