民宿原設計意念是很好的, 可惜管理不善, 當天到達的時候已較晚,登記後去取房間,打開房門嚇了一跳,以為入錯房間,床單被褥亂成一團,滿地垃圾,向當值小哥反映後,說是日班人員的失誤,急忙換個房間並升級了套間(幸好還有房間)。換了房間後, 房間眼看是不錯,但問題還是有的,都是清潔問題,之前客人留下的假眼睫毛、洗臉盆水喉鬆開未有維修、冷氣機噪音很大像在發電機房、床單被褥都是有些潮濕感,房間也是有種發霉味,桌子上的污漬用濕布可以抹掉的,但尚未清除,電視形同虛設,沒有連上網及電視天線。幸好服務員態度是誠懇的,我們也將就了一晚, 希望民宿日後能夠改進,有改善易的空間。

位於園區內，位置不算難找，周邊吃飯宵夜地方較多。公眾區域清幽，房間內部尚算整潔，但防臭較差，應該是浴缸排水口排出。早餐來不及準備。

訂房時候的廣州是很冷的，屋裡温度 提升的特別慢，和這個檔次的酒店服務不是很匹配，應該先開空調預熱的，還説不説卧室很大。
