網絡上面是四星級酒店，但服務真的無法形容，體驗感受非常不好，不曉得酒店內部怎麼管理和溝通的，
1.環境衞生.我們到酒店時，是晚上10點多了，房間衞生還行，但房間有不好的味道，聯繫了前台人員給我們點了蚊香，剛進去時，沐浴露和紙巾沒有，是打了電話前台人員送來的，
2.早餐問題，我們訂的酒店是含有中式早餐的，但早上去吃早餐時，沒有自助選擇的權利，茶餐廳人員告訴我們，早餐卷衹能單點，比如你點了麪包就衹能吃麪包，打電話給前台人員説明情況，她説讓我們到前台拿早餐，等我們去了也沒早餐，她也不曉得早餐是什麼，説一張早餐卷衹能點一個，後來還是找了攜程平台人員，才為我們解決了早餐問題，要不是攜程平台在中間溝通和協調，我們到中午都吃不上早餐吧，所以真的感謝攜程平台，總是為我們解決各種問題，
3.網絡平台上寫，有游泳館和網球場等等，我們問問打掃酒店的阿姨，他們説都沒有開了，所以設施方面，你們自己想象，
4.酒店人員很少，總體感覺人員素質差，服務和禮貌方面在這裏感覺不到，問她們什麼都是模稜兩可，不確定性，
5.餐廳人員服務意識不太好，中午招待客人吃飯點個菜也不耐煩，但餐廳裏面有一個泡茶的阿姨服務態度很好，衹是在這裏感覺，自主選擇的權利被剝奪了，他們沒問我們要選擇那種茶，但餐廳人員給我們點了茶，買單時才曉得是什麼茶，收費32元，這些是我們不知道也沒點的，總之以後是不會來了。

早餐服務非常差！一開始去了收了餐票沒給下單，等了很久，找了服務員兩次説給下單，等10分鐘就來，後面的一波波都送來了，還是沒有，最後就看見一幫人去後麪，變成自助了，要不就一開始弄好自助，要不就送來，等了很久也不給送，自助的也是直接一大盆倒裏面，炒麪也和單個送的不一樣，體驗很不好…
房間還好，攜程的黃金會員權益有兩個
1，升房權益，前台説已經是豪華單人間，沒的升了
2，延遲退房權益、一開始説最晚到2點，後來又打電話確認，給延遲到4點退了
跨年夜去的，體驗不太好
