因為停車場的缺陷所以去了旗下的第二個停車場 然後第二天離店需要先墊付32 因為一開始説需要走流程 要等酒店財務 所以我隔了10天再詢問 但這次客服跟我説 要等領導下午上班看一下 一看又是十天 所以今天再詢問 而答覆是：在催了 再等一下 雖然不是什麼大事 但處理過程以及效率是不行的
