實體房間與網圖差距甚大，商家過於忙碌忘了放枕頭與棉被，幸好溝通後已放入，還算可以。

房間非常臟，和圖片差異非常大，價格貴而且沒服務，地址也不是預訂時頁面上寫的地址，離地鐵站一點也不近，整得我對民宿充滿陰影，還是住正規連鎖酒店好，第二天一早便趕忙搬維也納去了，比這便宜乾淨舒服。

首先説是兩室一廳90多平，其實是一個小公寓隔離出來的，兩個空間。其次，最重要的是衞生環境太差，床單被套我都敢不相信是換過的，居然還有蟲子在床上爬，地面上也很臟，沙發不敢坐，衣服不敢放，感覺火車卧鋪都比這個乾淨，空調也不行，遙控還不靈，一次不愉快的入住體驗。

衞生:一進屋就看見蟑螂滿屋跑，看見3隻活的，1隻死的，洗手間門口一大坨黑黑的頭髮。實在忍不了啦，聯繫了民宿人員，晚上10點半拿着84消毒液來做了一下衞生，12點多屋裡都是消毒水味道。他説這樣的話，蟑螂就不會出來爬啦。服務:辦理入住的地方與網上登記的不一致，拖着行李箱找到地方根本沒人，電話聯繫上後告訴我們改地方了，我們又拖着行李箱去新的地方找他，根本沒有辦理入住地方，與一個工作人員碰頭後，他連我們是誰預訂的，什麼房型都沒有問，就帶着我們去房間，又拖着行李走了走到房間後，是一個沒有打掃的房間，並且與我們預訂的完全不一樣，工作人員告訴我們你們湊乎住這屋吧。我不同意，她才開始問，誰預訂的？預訂的什麼房型。又讓我們拖着行李跟他去拿做衞生的工具。經過上樓下樓穿越地下停車場，再上樓，終於到了我們預訂的房間。依舊沒打掃，我們放下行李後，就出去了，實在慘不忍睹。讓他先打掃房間。設施:與圖片完全不一樣，窗簾衹能拉一半，樓上的玻璃門拉不上，並且掉了一半。安全:退房時落下一袋衣服，晚上再聯繫，就説沒有了。
